Chelsea edges closer to signing Strasbourg midfielder Valentin Barco this summer, marking Liam Rosenior's first transfer as boss. The 21-year-old Argentine, converted from left-back to central midfielder under Rosenior, boasts one goal and nine assists in 34 games. Journalist Guillem Balague reports a deal is very close, aided by shared ownership with Clearlake Capital.
